Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Fractal LLC ("PingPingPost", "we", "us"). They apply when you use the PingPingPost website and app (the "Service"). If you use the Service for a business, you accept these terms for that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
PingPingPost lets you write social media posts, preview them, put them on a calendar, and publish them to the social accounts you connect (today: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn). We can add, change, or remove features. If a change removes a main feature of your paid plan, we tell you first.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Give us true and current information, including a working email address.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and your workspaces.
- Tell us at once at support@pingpingpost.com if you think someone used your account without permission.
Workspaces and members
A workspace holds posts, media, and connected social accounts. The workspace owner controls the workspace and its subscription. Other members of a workspace can act in it with the role the owner gives them. The owner is responsible for the members' use of the Service.
Plans, free trial, and billing
- Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. Prices are on our website and in the app, in US dollars.
- Free trial: a new subscription can start with a 7-day free trial. You enter a card to start the trial. We send a reminder before the trial ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged for the first month on the last day of the trial.
- We charge your card at the start of each billing month. Our payment processor, Stripe, handles your card. We do not store card numbers.
- Prices do not include taxes. Where tax applies, we add it to your invoice.
- We may change our prices. We tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription. The new price applies from your next billing month after that notice.
- If a payment fails, we try again for about two weeks. If it still fails, the subscription ends, and the Service disconnects the workspace's social accounts.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in your workspace settings. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Until then, the Service keeps working. Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Your content
You own the posts, text, images, and videos you add ("Your Content"). You give us permission to store, copy, resize, and process Your Content, and to send it to the social networks you choose, only to run the Service for you. This permission ends when you delete Your Content, except for copies in backups that we delete on a normal schedule. You confirm that you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to:
- send spam, or post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone's rights;
- break the rules of a social network;
- attack, overload, scrape, or try to get around the security or limits of the Service;
- resell the Service, or copy it to build a competing product.
We can remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Suspension and ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if you do not pay, or if the law requires it. If we close an account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of the current paid month. After an account ends, we delete its data as our Privacy Policy describes.
Disclaimers
We provide the Service "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law permits, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including any implied promise of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that the Service is always available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, or lost followers. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of Your Content or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.
Governing law
The laws of the State of Ohio, USA, govern these terms. Courts in Ohio decide any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you the right to go to your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.

Social networks
When you connect a social account, you also use that network's service, and its terms apply. We publish through the official interfaces of each network and through our publishing partner. A network can change or stop its interface, limit your account, or refuse a post. We are not responsible for what a social network does. We work to publish every post at its scheduled time, but we cannot promise that every post goes out, or goes out at the exact minute.
